Hamburger
Delight
1 lb. ground beef
6
med. sized potatoes (sliced)
1
Tbsp. chopped onion
1
can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
1/2
C. grated American cheese
Brown meat, onions and season to taste. In a buttered 1 quart casserole dish alternate with a layer of potatoes then meat. Over this pour soup.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until potatoes are done) Top with
grated cheese. Serves 6.
*This recipe comes from an old worn out (1960's) Mothers Club (flip book). The book must be handled with care as pages do fall apart. I barely remember when it was made. I was in kindergarten. :)
